The Firm, its senior attorney, Paul
Nicoletti, and the other trial attorneys working with the Firm
are dedicated and experienced trial lawyers. Many of the cases
the Firm takes go to trial in an age when many lawyers who
litigate only rarely take cases to trial. The Firm will
certainly settle cases when and if the client wishes and the
other side is willing, but the Firm and its trial lawyers are
trained and experienced in taking complex and difficult cases to
trial. The Firm, Mr. Nicoletti and the trial lawyers that work
with them have an extraordinary record for winning cases at
trial. Results might vary in a given case and not follow the
Firm’s historical record of an extraordinarily high percentage
of wins. No opponent of a client of the Firm will ever doubt
that the Firm will take a case to trial if it cannot be settled
to the satisfaction of the client. Mr. Nicoletti and the other
trial lawyers working with the Firm truly love trying cases.
The majority of the verdicts obtained
by Mr. Nicoletti and the Firm have been multi-million dollar
verdicts most of them in complex cases taking weeks or a month
or more to try. The Firm and Mr. Nicoletti have tried cases
throughout Michigan and the firm has also tried cases in other
states using local counsel to assist the Firm there.
The Firm’s and Mr. Nicoletti’s
verdicts and accomplishments have been reported in major news
media including the CNN, The New York Times, The Detroit News,
and the Oakland Press, as well as other news media in and
outside Michigan. |
The firm also specializes in challenging the foreclosure by advertisement process. In Michigan the process is mandated by MCL §600.3201. By challenging the mortgage foreclosure process, this firm has obtained
numerous rulings so far, that have established that the Sheriff's Sales were not conducted in accordance with applicable Michigan laws.
